Avoid Holiday Weight Gain!

Wishing you a Happy & Healthy Holiday Season!!! 

If you eat too much (or if you just want to get a jump on your resolutions!), remember you can lose 5-10#'s with Cinch before the New Year, if you start NOW!!! And it tastes mmmmm so good!


Another suggestion, drink Cinch Shakes for 2 of your meals on Thanksgiving, and every day after that that you have a party to attend or may be tempted to overeat, so you won't feel so bad (stuffed) when you eat what you want at the dinner or the party! Try a little bit of everything, not a lot of anything. It's about portion control.

Then move around, go outside and play games with the kids, get up and WALK, do something besides sit on the couch watching football! Take a few people outside with you to get moving, and then get in there and help clean the kitchen when you return from your walk or run!

Need more help, just ask! I lost 25# from Aug. to Feb. '06 and have kept it off for almost 3 years. If I can do it over the holidays, SO CAN YOU!
