I am taking a break from posting here for a while. I will be streamlining my social media posts - for now, you can find all my updates, health information, recipes, etc. on my Health Connection Facebook page.

There is still a lot of good health information on this blog, so I am not shutting it down. Feel free to check it anytime and to search for what you may be looking for. Share with your friends as well.
