As the fine poet William Cowper once said, "Variety's the very spice of life that gives it all its flavour." And when it comes to mixing up your
Cinch® Shakes, adding a variety of wholesome ingredients will help optimize your nutritional intake and prevent "shake boredom."
Recipes had to meet the following criteria:
- Be easy to make
- Taste good
- Contain nothing artificial
- Contain 400 calories or fewer per serving. We received over 100 entries and selected our top five to be judged by Shaklee CEO Roger Barnett. Congratulations to our five finalists—and to our winner Debbie Cross, who submitted her recipe for Pumpkin Pie Cinch Shake!
