There is so much flu, strep throat and just plain colds going around today I wanted to post a recipe for REAL vitamin* water that I got from a Shaklee friend (thanks Miranda!). You take this every day - if you have been around sick people, or if you feel like you are getting something - start immediately. Do for 7 days (or less if you feel 100% and are out of the danger)! If you need to, take 7 days off and do again. You can take all the products every single day if you like, except the Defend & Resist - D&R needs to be taken 7 days on and at least 7 days off. I only use this when I feel something coming on or if I have been around sick people, for 7 days.

Real Vitamin Water! One serving for a child: Use 4 oz filtered water, 3 Defend and Resist, 1 NutriFeron, 4 Chewable Vitamin C, 1 Vitamin D3, 2 TBSP Performance. Blend and drink. One serving for an adult: Use 6-8 oz filtered water, 6 Defend and Resist, 4 NutriFeron, 10 chewable Vitamin C, 1 Vitamin D3 and 3 TBSP Performance. Blend and drink. Back from Convention 2012 in Las Vegas!

I've been back from Shaklee's 56th Annual Global Conference for a couple of weeks now and I have been very busy!! Very exciting things going on in Shaklee that I want to share with you!

This years Global Conference theme was Transformation, of ourselves, and our businesses. The convention was mostly focused on Cinch, with 66% of Americans STILL overweight to obese!! Unfortunately, it's not getting any better, but, fortunately, Shaklee is dedicated to changing those statistics. In order to help us all TRANSFORM ourselves, and our friends & family, the Cinch Transformation Pack special is available again, until November 30, 2012, you can buy 3 months & get the 4th month free!! Ok, so everyone is talking about Jacqui McCoy on Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition from 6/10/12! Did you see her? What an AMAZING story! Ever since I saw it, I work just a little harder at the gym! When I think I can't do it, I push myself more! She is truly an inspiration!

Just a little FYI, she was raised a Shaklee kid and uses Shaklee products today, as she did throughout her year long journey on the show.
