Even Dr. Oz doesn't recommend Red Yeast Rice!

Dr. Oz doesn't recommend statins (such as Lipitor & Crestor), or Red Yeast Rice, for the first line of defense for high cholesterol! I was surprised to hear what he said about Red Yeast Rice; that it acts just like a statin and therefore has the same side effects, and, that just because it is natural does not mean it is safe, and, that there have not been enough studies done on it! You must tell your doctor if you are going to take this natural product so they can monitor your liver!! Wow. Too bad he doesn't seem to know about Shaklee's Cholesterol Reduction Complex! Laws in17 States Limit Phosphates in Automatic Dishwasher Cleaning Agents!

Dr. Oz recommends Calcium + Magnesium + Vitamin D for Absorbtion

Wow, last night Dr. Oz said that the calcium we take should have 1000 mg. of calcium with 400 mg. of vitamin D and 400 mg. of magnesium so the calcium gets absorbed and goes to the right places. So, today I decided to pull out my Osteomatrix by Shaklee to see what levels we have in there. Just as I suspected, exactly what he said to take, plus more! Shaklee knows what they are doing and they've been doing it long before Dr. Oz came on TV, even though I love him. We all need to teach people what to do and what to take, he's just another one of us out here trying to do just that. Thanks Dr. Oz for all you do and for recommending calcium in the proper amounts!

Is Aspartame Safe? I don't THINK so!
